This process has been continuously improved, and in insulated bearings, there is a layer of 100 on the surface of the outer or inner ring μ The m-thick coating can withstand a voltage of up to 1000 V DC. A special spraying process can form a layer of coating with uniform thickness and extremely strong adhesion, which is further treated to be unaffected by moisture and humidity.
